Delete your data
You can delete one thing, one kind of data, or everything, whenever you like. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete your account and everything
- Open Horavi on your iPhone.
- Go to Settings, scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You can also remove Horavi’s events from your calendar in the same step.
This deletes your account and everything on our servers: raw readings from Apple Health and connected devices, device access keys, summaries, lab values, documents, memory, goals, plans and conversations, and Horavi’s data on that iPhone. The key that sealed your documents is destroyed, so copies in backups, which roll over within 30 days, cannot be opened.
Deleting the app alone does not delete your account. If you pay for Pro, cancel the subscription too: Apple bills it, not us.
Delete part of it
- A kind of data: in Settings, turn off its switch, such as daily summaries or DNA traits. That data is deleted from our servers in the same step.
- A connected device: go to You, then Sources, and disconnect it. Horavi asks the maker to cancel its access, then deletes the access key and every reading from that device. The daily numbers already worked out stay unless you choose to delete them too.
- A memory: open what Horavi remembers about you and delete any note.
- A lab value or a document: open it and tap Delete.
- Access you gave someone: open the person in your sharing settings and remove their access.
Without the app
No access to your iPhone? Write to ab@digitalflow.agency from the email linked to your account, or tell us how you signed in. We confirm it is you, delete everything and reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What we keep
Records the law requires, such as tax records of payments, which Apple and RevenueCat hold for us. No health data is kept after deletion.
