Health disclaimer
Horavi helps you understand your own days and try changes that may help. It is not a doctor, and it never pretends to be one.
What Horavi is
A wellness product. It estimates your circadian rhythm, compares your sleep, heart and other numbers with your own normal, explains research in plain words with how sure it is, and suggests changes to light, sleep, caffeine, food, training and routine.
What Horavi is not
- It is not a medical device and has not been cleared or approved as one.
- It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
- It is not a substitute for a doctor, and its answers are not a prescription.
When Horavi says “see a doctor”
Some signals are checked by fixed rules before any AI is involved, for everyone, on every plan: for example a resting heart rate far above your normal for days, or a lab value that needs attention. Then Horavi tells you to contact a doctor and does not try to explain it away. Please take it seriously.
In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Horavi is not monitored by people and cannot send help.
Labs and DNA
Lab values are shown against the range your own lab printed and next to your history; ranges differ between labs and people. DNA traits describe tendencies, not destiny. Findings about disease risk stay on your phone. Talk to a clinician or a genetic counsellor before acting on either.
Medication, pregnancy, conditions
If you take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or live with a health condition, check with your doctor before changing sleep, food, supplements or training. In these cases Horavi does not suggest supplement doses at all.
Devices can be wrong
Wearables estimate; they do not measure like clinical equipment. Horavi works on trends in your own data, and every answer shows how sure it is, but a reading can still be off.
